The Environmental Law and Policy Center in President Obama's hometown is advocating the adoption of electric cars in areas where low-carbon electric generation is prevalent -- "in areas like Chicago and Northern Illinois".
So, will other enviros back off of the new Electric Vehicle religion in places where "dirty" coal power plants are the norm and which give lie to the greenness of driving EVs?
